In this piece off art work of Josef and Mona Lisa, it reflects a view of then and now’s society. I like the fact that they kept the bottom part to what would be an outfit of Mona Lisa’s. I also like the aspect that the background gives you the scene of a farm in the distance. The artist did a beautiful job with the relevance of the background to the person and I believe it helps the art work become more realistic. Another aspect of this piece that I like is how they decided to use the upper half to relate it to our day in ages society. The nose piercing shows how it relates to the society were living in today. Overall this piece is very interesting and can be taken in many ways.
