I started with “Afternoon Tea” by Charles-Joseph-Frédéric Soulacroix (1825-1879) and then with a Venice’s view of Canaletto. Continuous, in this post, with Jacques-Louis David and the details of “Consecration of the Emperor Napoleon and the Coronation of Empress Joséphine on December 2 1804 “(1806-07).
The work is amazing and great, but if observed in detail is astounding.

Continuo, in questo post, con Jacques-Louis David e i dettagli di “Consacrazione dell’Imperatore Napoleone e Incoronazione dell’Imperatrice Joséphine il 2 Dicembre 1804” (1806-07).
L’opera è straordinaria e grandiosa, ma se osservata nei suoi dettagli è stupefacente.
