BLOGGER FACES: MY FACE ON EXHIBITION

Blogger Faces. At the beginning of my adventure as a blogger, Tiziano M. Todi, gallerist of the Galleria Vittoria in Rome, sent me an e-mail and suggested that I should become the subject of a photo shoot by Elena Datrino, who was creating a collection of portraits of some Italian bloggers in order to arrange an exhibition.

I had never been in a photographic studio, and I had never had an aptitude for being the centre of attention, but, because I’m a curious person, I relaxed and I decided to be a model and a fashion blogger for a day.
The result?

I joined in two photo shoots; I entered a catalogue; I involved other art bloggers in this adventure, my photos of my social profile are taken by Elena Datrino, and I participated in the first exhibition of Blogger Faces, and in the following ones, including the next edition that will take place in the province of Turin.

Blogger Faces | first shooting

At the beginning there were 30 bloggers, but up to now Elena Datrino has collected 62 portraits, and among them there are some of the most ironic, funny and original Italian bloggers.
Blogger Faces is the funniest project I have ever participated in, since my blogger life began. I talked about it on the occasion of my first photo shoot, but also on the occasion of the “closing party” of the first exhibition in Rome, and then when I joined in the Affordable Art Fair in Milan.

I’m very happy to join in this project, because it’s an adventure I share with bloggers I have always read, ironic personalities who don’t take themselves seriously, but who make a serious and constant work of writing and communication about various subjects: from food to travel, from art to literature to sport.
Some bloggers are refined writers such as Chiara Cecilia Santamaria of Macheddavvero. Others dedicate themselves to art with passion, and among them there are some friends of mine, such as Cristian Camanzi of Artesplorando, Arianna of La sottile linea d’ombra, Miriam of Arte a Scuola, and Silvia of Zebrart.
In addition, there are those bloggers who help me when I have a technological problem to solve, such as Salvatore Aranzulla (it’s impossible for you not to find him on Google!), and there are the existential dramas of Tess Masazza of MelodramaChic..

Where the exhibition Blogger Faces 2.0 will take place

Blogger Faces 2.0 will be on exhibition in Rivarolo Canavese (in the province of Turin) from May 21st to June 26th 2016, featuring all the portraits Elena Datrino has taken up to now… and you may enjoy also two portraits of me.

Indeed, I’m the only blogger who has two photos!

    • Grazie Elisabetta. Il colore era un omaggio ad Affordable Art Fair – Milano che ospitava la mostra e ha permesso la prosecuzione del progetto realizzando nuovi ritratti durante la fiera 🙂
