Hopper | exhibition Bologna

Edward Hopper – The exhibition at Palazzo Fava- Palazzo delle Esposizioni di Bologna displays a representative collection of Hopper’s whole artistic production, from the Parisian watercolours, to the landscapes, and the urban views of the 1950s and 1960s, through more than 60 works.

MACCHIAIOLI | exhibition Rome

I Macchiaioli. Le collezioni svelate”( The Macchiaioli. The disclosed collections) – For the first time important paintings by the Macchiaioli, and not only, are on exhibition. They are displayed in the background of ancient collections which originally hosted them. The exhibition is divided into 9 sections that allow visitors to discover the Macchiaioli, the most important Italian artistic movement in the 19th century, and the cultural climate which was the background of the events happened to those artists.
