Exhibitions in Germany 2016. In Germany there are several museums which in summer will present interesting events.

In this post you will find a list of the most interesting exhibitions which will be on view in Germany this summer.

Pergamonmuseum Exhibitions 

Trans-cultural Relations, Global Biographies – Islamic Art? – a collection of objects belonged to different people and civilizations, but migrated across different continents, sometimes coming from Islamic culture, calling into questions the natural borders in past eras.

Exhibitions dresda

The Rudolf Weigang collection in Dresden – an exhibition featuring the works coming from the Weigang family’s art collection, including masterpieces and exquisite objects recovered after World War II.

bauhaus Exhibitions

Textile design today from experiment to series – the fascination of the textile as a working material is the focus of this exhibition developed by the Department of Design at the Burg Glebichenstein Kunsthochschule Halle. On show final works of the students that highlight the potential offered for the textile design by experimental working methods.

alte Pinakotheken Exhibitions

NEW NEIGHBOURS III – the masterpieces coming from the collections at the Alte Pinakothek that are currently closed for renovation are now on exhibition. German masters and paintings by the Brueghel family are presented in a new way.
