WHAT TO SEE AT THE RODIN MUSEUM

Once you have purchased Rodin Museum Tickets and entered, you can enjoy the many masterpieces of a unique sculptor.
Remember that there are some works you absolutely cannot miss before you leave, in fact there are at least three masterpieces you cannot miss.

  1. Rodin’s The Thinker.
Rodin’s most representative and famous work depicts a man immersed in his thoughts, an imposing figure who is actually a representation of the Italian poet Dante but who, over time, has become the symbol of the modern thinker, who attempts to interpret the facts of his life in order to understand his destiny.
  2. The Kiss by Rodin.
A sculptural group that was initially part of the project for the Gates of Hell and was intended to represent Paolo and Francesca da Rimini. Upon seeing the completed work, however, Rodin thought of turning it into something autonomous.
  3. The Gates of Hell.
This is the work that Rodin left the world after more than 30 years of work. It is a monumental door covered with bas-reliefs depicting Dante’s Inferno.
