Boldini’s women. Photo gallery
This is a post dedicated to the women of Giovanni Boldini.
Giovanni Boldini was the artist who has described better than others the Belle Époque.
Especially he described women with passionate eyes.

Giovanni Boldini, The Girl with a Black Cat (1885) – Viareggio, Istituto Matteucci
Boldini portrayed a lot of high society women and he painted with meticulous care the details of their opulent gowns.
He never forget to include a significant accessory like an hat, a belt, a necklace or a floral decoration.
