Wim Wenders. Urban Solitude
Un regista e le sue foto. Roma dedica a Wim Wenders una mostra delle fotografie che rappresentano il suo soggetto cinematografico più frequente, i Paesaggi Urbani. Nato a Düsseldorf nel 1945, Palma d’Oro a Cannes nel 1985 con il film “Paris, Texas”, Palma d’Oro nel 1987 come miglior regista per “Il cielo sopra Berlino”, è considerato tra i principali esponenti del Cinema Tedesco. In mostra 25 fotografie realizzate da Wenders e accompagnate da testi composti dallo stesso autore. Urban Solitude è curata da Adriana Rispoli e resterà aperta fino al 6 luglio a Roma, presso Palazzo Incontro.

I really like how the artist placed a woman in the window seal of a building, as she looks out at the city in a sort of amazement. another aspect of this piece of art I like is the placing of the women, how she is centered in the middle. The usage of color also catches my eye when I look at this picture because it creates a sort of clear mind. When I look at this piece of art, I think that she is enjoying the view but also living a free and easy life. The reason being is because I relate it to the clearness of the sky.
